DescriptionInfo. from Crop Sci. 5(2):199 (1965) -- has earliness, short plant type, and some tolerance to fusarium wilt. Comparative data available for lint percentage, yarn strength, yield (chief advantage is that it has increased yield over other Deltapine varieties when grown where verticillium wilt disease is a problem), tendency to regrowth (tested in wilt areas of Arizona), and erectness of stem. Cultivated.
