CottonGen annotations added to AD1 NDM-8 genome (4/22)

CottonGen annotations added to Gossypium hirsutum 'NDM-8' genome HEAU v1. (Ma, et al., 2021). The annotation includes functional analysis, protein homologies, markers and CottonGen RefTran alignments.
