CottonGen annotations are added to genomes G. barbadense (AD2) 'Pima90' genome HEAU_v1 (ref. Ma et al, Nature Genetics, 2021). 
The annotation includes functional analysis, protein homologies, markers and CottonGen RefTran alignments.
