| Comments | Differential display technique was used to compare expression patterns of heat treated and untreated cotton plants. Differentially expressed bands were excised from polyacrilamide gels and cDNAs were eluted. Extracted cDNAs were reamplified by PCR. PCR products were cloned to PCR-TRAP vector. Two direction sequencing was done using Lgh Primer (CGACAACACCGATAATC)and Rgh Primer (GACGCGAACGAAGCAAC). |
