The data was collected from: Li Z, et al. Combined GWAS and eQTL analysis uncovers a genetic regulatory network orchestrating the initiation of secondary cell wall development in cotton. The New Phytologist. 2020.

CottonGen's Functional Annotations, Homologies, Marker and Transcript alignments added to each of the HAU's 12 AD2 genomes (Ref: Meng et al., 2025).
