CottonGen's 2nd article published in Plants as part of the Special Issue Plant Genetic Resources and Their Use in Cotton Improvement

CottonGen annotations are added to genomes G. arboreum (A2), G. raimondii (D5), and G. rotundifolium (K12).  The annotation includes functional analysis, protein homologies, markers and CottonGen RefTran alignments. .

CottonGen annotations are added to genomes G. trilobum (D8), G. laxum (D9), and G. schwendimanii (D11).  The annotation includes functional analysis, protein homologies, markers and CottonGen RefTrans alignments.
