New versions of CottonGen FAQ and the User Manual is now available. They can be found under tthe 'Help' menu in the navigation bar.

The CottonGen BIMS (Breeders Information Management System) is now available at https://www.cottongen.org/bims.
Users can use BIMS to access public breeding data sets or create a private account for their breeding progam. Information on how to se it can be found in the User Manual

A new SNP genotype search is available at https://www.cottongen.org/find/snp/genotype
