New genome data of  AD2 Hai7124 and an improved assembly and annotation of AD1 TM-1, contributed by Zhejiang University, China, Published in Nature Genetics on 18 March 2019. Data available at CottonGen Download, CottonGen JBrowse and CottonGen BLAST.

Sequence data on the BLAST server has been updated. New data include the CRI-A2-Updated whole genome data (assembly, CDS, and protein); Updated data include GenBank nucleotides and proteins and UniProtKB proteins from three genera in the cotton tribe: Gossypium, Gossypioides, and Kokia.

Updated assembly and annotation of G. arboreum genome data available to download.
