Template	dataset	download

Headers


Column	Description
* dataset_name	Names of the datasets.
* type	Type of the datasset (eg. program, QTL, phenotype, genotype, or cross).
sub_type	Sub-Type of the dataset (eg. SSR, SNP or haplotype can be a sub_type of genotype).
parent_dataset	Larger dataset that this sub_dataset belngs to.
PI	Principal Investigator (eg. breeder, corresponding author of the QTL paper) of the Dataset. It should match a 'contact_name' column in 'Contact' sheet.
genome	Name of the whole genome assembly. It should match a 'name' column entry in the 'Analysis' sheet or analysis table in Chado.
crop	Name of the crop for the dataset.
comments	Any comments for the dataset.
description	General description of the dataset (purpose, target, how many crosses, etc.).
reference	pub_id for any reference if the dataset is from publication.
##property_name	Special columns (##) : followed by name of the custom property.
