haplotype_block
Name of the haplotype block.
genus
Genus of the haplotype block.
species
Species of the haplotype block.
trait_ontology_set
Name of the crop trait ontology (entered by the curator who loads the data into the database). If not provided, the site trait ontology will be used.
trait_name
Descriptive name for a trait, it should be one of the crop trait ontology and should match a term in 'Trait' sheet. Multiple traits, separated by comma or simi-colon, can be added.

Name of the chromosom.
genus_chromosome
Genus of the chromosome.
species_chromosome
Species of the chromosome.
start
The leftmost/maximal boundary. This is space-based (interbase) coordinates, counting from zero. So the starting position is substract by 1 and stored in featureloc.fmin. Please see the table definition of featureloc table in the Chado specification.
end
The rightmost/maximal boundary.
strand
The orientation/directionality of the location. Should be 0, -1 or +1.
reference
Pub ID of the haplotype block.

Special columns (##) : followed by name of the custom property.
