ARS Cotton FPC data were developed by the Crop Germplasm Research Unit of the US Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service in collaboration with the Crop Sciences Dept., Texas A&M University.The dataset contains 13266 contigs finger printed from the G. hirsutum TM-1 BAC library.
